We all have muscles & bones, but no two bodies will move in the same ways. Sometimes in a yoga class, we will glance around the room and think that we are “doing it wrong.” Forgetting to consider that based on our own individual life experiences, our regular day-to-day activities, our expression of a pose will look different. Some days will always be better than others. My primary focus is mobility, gracefully moving our bodies, slowly & comfortably in all planes of direction. Increasing flexibility, strength & stability while honoring our own unique capabilities. The poses practiced are accessible for everyone, even if you have never practiced yoga before (beginner friendly) Every class I teach I look at as a beautiful opportunity to learn.
